Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at priorityblock.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Who We Are and Who We Are Not

Priorityblock Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems or drain fields, fix sewer lines, or do other plumbing work. If someone works on your property, that is an independent provider, not Priorityblock Septic.

A Connection Is Not an Endorsement

Introducing you to a provider does not mean we back that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every septic system and sewer line is different, so what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About the Prices You See

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices shift with the job, the location, the system design, soil conditions and local permit rules. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance Statements

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a given problem, because that depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Septic tanks and sewage can hold harmful gases and bacteria, and tanks can be deep and open. Never climb into a septic tank or work near an open one. Keep children and pets away from wastewater. If anyone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We May Be Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Priorityblock Septic when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

How Accurate Is This Site?

We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
