About Priorityblock Septic and How Referrals Work
Request an estimate
Who is behind this site?
Priorityblock Septic is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local septic and sewer providers. That's the whole job. We don't pump tanks, fix pipes or dig drainfields. The providers in our network do that work.
Why does this service exist?
Septic and sewer trouble is stressful, especially the first time. Most people don't know what a drainfield is, what pumping costs, or who to trust. We built this site to explain things plainly and help you reach a provider without hunting around.
A backed-up line or a soggy yard can feel like a big unknown. Clear answers help you decide calmly, whether you need a routine pump-out or a bigger repair.
How do providers get matched to you?
You request an estimate or call. We look at what you need and where you live. Then we point you to a provider in our network who serves your area and handles that kind of work. Availability varies, so ask the provider what timing looks like.
What do we expect from providers?
We ask providers to:
- Explain the problem in plain language
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Be clear about what is and isn't included
- Respect your questions and your decision
Providers are independent businesses. They set their own prices and schedules. Check that a provider holds any license your state requires.
What don't we do?
We don't do the work. We don't set prices. We don't promise how fast someone will arrive. We also don't inspect your property or diagnose problems ourselves. And we don't decide what your insurance covers. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
Is the cost explained up front?
We try to. Typical U.S. prices vary by job. Pumping is usually a smaller expense. Repairs and sewer line work can climb based on depth, access and materials. A good written quote lists the work, the parts and any extras that could change the total. Get it in writing before you agree to anything. Ask before you pay.
How is this service paid for?
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner is connected to them. Requesting an estimate puts you under no obligation. You decide whether to hire the provider.
